Getting ready to re-open!

We’ve really missed you but we are getting ready to open our doors again on Thursday 27th May.

 Following that, we will be open Tuesday to Sunday 10am – 5pm.

Whilst we’ve been closed, we’ve made some fabulous changes and we can’t wait to show you!

Your safety and enjoyment are our top priority

We’ve sanitised the building and the equipment – but NOT the experience!

In keeping with government guidance we have put some extra measures in place:

• All staff have been trained in COVID 19 Essentials.
• We’re limiting the number of people in the building so there will be lots of room for you to maintain social distancing.
• ALL visitors MUST book admission and workshop tickets in advance via the button on the front page of the website – even if you have an annual pass or are a Friend of Catalyst (Type B).
• Annual pass holders – you must present your annual pass on the day of your visit for the number of visitors in your party or you will be charged full entry price.
• You will be welcomed on arrival and handed a map along with suggested timings so that you can make the best use of your time with us in a safe but fun way.
• We’ve set up hand sanitising stations around the building, please feel free to use them, especially on arrival.
• Don’t forget your face covering! To keep you safe, all our staff and volunteers will be wearing face masks/visors and we’ll be following the latest government advice on Visitors wearing masks.
• Our staff will regularly sanitise ‘touch areas’ and our toilet facilities will be cleaned regularly.
• If using the Catalyst Cafe, please scan the QR code on your Track and Trace App or complete a paper form at the counter.
• Please adhere to our one way system wherever possible.
