Catalyst for Creativity Exhibition Opening
A fantastic new exhibition has been opened at Catalyst Science Discovery Centre.
‘Catalyst for Creativity’ is a collaborative art exhibition between Catalyst and level 3 students studying creative practice, fashion and graphic design at Cronton Sixth Form College. The paintings, drawing, illustrations, animations, textiles and fashion garments have been produced in response to the industrial heritage of the local area.
The exhibition was formally opened on Wednesday 27th March by Catalyst CEO Nikki Burton Mallott and Dave Lenderyou. It is positioned in our Community Exhibition Area adjacent to the reception and shop area at Catalyst is open until 5th June and is free to enter.
Catalyst Community Engagement Coordinator Clare Lightfoot said “We get excited each year for this exhibition. We are always amazed at the talent of our local young people and we are so very grateful for the support of the brilliant staff at Cronton 6th Form College”.
