Marvellous Materials – with BSL Interpreter

Thanks to funding from the Chemical Business Association, Catalyst Science Discovery Centre and Museum are working in conjunction with the Deafness Resource Centre in St Helens on a pilot project to make our family workshops and shows more accessible to D/deaf adults, children and their families.

The next session in the series will take place on Sunday 16th March when we’ll have a BSL interpreter present in our 3:00pm Marvellous Show! See more information below.

Marvellous Materials Show!

This family science show takes a closer look at materials and their properties. Exciting demonstrations with liquid nitrogen and solid carbon dioxide, give you the opportunity to watch materials change state right in front of your eyes!

The 3:00pm workshop on 16th March will include a BSL interpreter.
